• The integration maps the line items and creates a new partial Item Receipt in NetSuite.

Backorder Status Alignment Between Stord & NetSuite

Pitfall: A backorder occurs when there is not enough stock in the warehouse and it needs to be properly aligned with the Sales Order in NetSuite.

Solution: 

• When Stord marks an item as out of stock, the integration will now mark the item as backordered in NetSuite.
• All fulfilled and pending items remain split in the same Sales Order.
• When restocked, Stord pushes prioritization, again, updating NetSuite to a fulfilled status.
